At NAM LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to inventory availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item and packaging.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
